Salut à tous !

Après 2 semaines de vacances au top, nous voilà de retour en muscu !

Les vacances ont fait du bien à la tête, mais ça fait mal aux jambes de recommencer le sport !

Encore une semaine de prep et ensuite, direction Les 2 Alpes pour 4 jours de ski. Objectif : régler les derniers détails avant l'hémisphère Sud, où nous partons le 5 septembre. Et aux vues de la météo actuellement, l'été ne me manquera pas trop...

Mais pour l'instant, je vais profiter du week end pour essayer de trouver un peu de soleil, et surtout, encourager les français aux Championnats

d'Europe d'athlétisme !

Marmelaaaaaaaaaade !

Hi everybody !

After 2 weeks of great holidays, were are back to the gym !

Holidays were good for the head, but the legs hurt so bad !

One more week of physical training and then, we'll head to Les 2 Alpes for 4 skiing days. The aim : fix the last details before going to South Hemisphere, where we'll leave on September 5th. And seeing the weather conditions, I won't miss summer so much...

But for the moment, I'm going to enjoy the week end, to try to find a little sun and most of all, chear for the french team at the athletism European Championships !
